Exhibitors and Attendees Welcome
We’re sending attendees and exhibitors on a Hunt using social media to track down clues and complete tasks online and on-site at HIMSS11. Participants have the chance to earn multiple entries into a drawing for a great prize package.
How to Play:
1. Should have a mobile smartphone with a camera to participate in all clues
2. Stop by MPRG Booth #6446 starting at noon on 2/21/11 to receive Clue #1
3. Follow instructions for each clue provided to receive prize drawing entries
4. Participants will receive 1 entry for each clue task completed, with an extra 5 entries possible
for participating in Clue #7 and a guaranteed 5 extra entries for completing all clue tasks
5. Hunt ends at 1pm ET on 2/23/11. Winning entry will be randomly drawn after 1pm on 2/23/11
and announced at the MPRG Booth #6446 and on Twitter at approximately 4pm ET the same
day. Need not be present to win.
Note: Registration with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube will be required.
MPRG Scavenger Hunt Rules:
1. No purchase necessary, but participants must be registered attendees or exhibitors at
HIMSS11 Annual Conference & Exhibition
2. Must follow all how to play instructions and fully complete clue task instructions to earn
entries
3. Must be 21 years or older and a legal resident of the United States to participate
4. Offer to participate valid only on dates/times specified
5. By participating in the Hunt, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPRG, its
parent company and its employees from and against any and all injuries, losses,
damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in
the Hunt and drawing, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of the
prize(s) that may be awarded
6. With permission from the Winner, MPRG and its affiliates may use the Winner’s name,
statements, and addresses (city, state only) for purposes of advertising and promoting in any
and all media on behalf of MPRG
7. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Hunt participants and entries
8. MPRG reserves all rights and may cancel this promotion at anytime without prior notice
*For the PR Strategy Session, MPRG will meet on-site or online with you and your executives for a half-day facilitated PR Strategy Session. MPRG to provide a suggested Agenda prior to the Session. Travel expenses not included and to be estimated and billed in addition. Strategic recommendations to be provided in Word document following session. Session must be completed by April 30, 2011. Non-refundable, non-transferable and no cash value.
